These are the ideal weights for drop shot rigging. The thin profile casts further, makes less noise when hitting the water, slides through rocks better and adds a secondary quiver of action to the bait and tick of sound to attract fish when the weight tips over. Easy attach line clip allows fast weight changes and for the weight to be released when snagged so you don't lose your entire rig. These weights will also punch through grass and weeds better when than ball shaped weights.
